سماجی رابطے کی ویب سائٹ ٹوئٹر پرآئی سی سی کی طرف سے جاری ٹویٹ جس میں بھارتی ٹیم نے انگلینڈ کے خلاف سیریز میں جیت کے بارے میں بتایا اس کے بعد شاہد آفریدی نے ٹویٹ کرتے ہوئے لکھا کہاانڈیانے شاندار کرکٹ کھیلی ہے اور وہ سیریز جیتنے کا حقدار تھے، انڈین بولرز بہت اچھی بالنگ کی۔ شاہد آفریدی نے ٹوئٹ میں لکھا کہ یقینی طور پر آسٹریلیا میں ہونے والے ٹی 20 ورلڈکپ کے فیورٹ میں سے ایک ہوں گے۔
